Anesthesia services include, but are not limited to, preoperative evaluation of the patient, administration of anesthetic, other medications, blood, and fluids, monitoring of physiological parameters, and other supportive services

It's responsible for Anesthesia services in the hospital, including:

• In consultation with the surgeon prescribe premedication and set preoperative resuscitation protocol.
• Ensures installation of appropriate intravenous lines
• Administer anesthetic technique chosen in consultation with the surgeon
• Monitor settings pre / per and in the immediate aftermath of the operation.
• Monitor the patient awakening
• Ensure postoperative monitoring the first 24 hours
